Cradlewise Limited Warranty

Cradlewise Smart Crib is covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery, specifically on the mechanical and electronic parts.

Warranty Coverage:

  • The crib will be repaired or replaced with an identical product at the discretion of Cradlewise.
  • In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, repairs will be available at an extra fee, subject to the respective component(s) or part(s).

Terms & Conditions Of Warranty

  • Cradlewise offers a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of delivery on the mechanical and electronic part(s).
  • Warranty is applicable only with valid proof of purchase, including the original order number and shipping address, for genuine Cradlewise product(s) purchased from Cradlewise Official Website.
  • The warranty is non-transferable to a new owner if the original purchaser sells or gifts the Cradlewise Smart Crib second-hand.
  • Warranty on the Crib will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Warranty will be available only under the proper use of the product.
  • If any part(s) or components are missing or damaged, we will only replace the respective component and not the whole crib.
  • Please retain the original box/package of your Cradlewise Smart Crib. You’ll need it for repacking the unit to make a warranty claim. Without it, Cradlewise reserves the right to reject any claim under this warranty. If you no longer have the original box, a replacement can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of CAD $150 + tax, depending on your shipping country, to facilitate the return.
  • Warranty Claims will be reviewed within 72 hours of raising a request.
  • If the claim is verified, Cradlewise will either repair or, if a repair is not possible, ship a replacement to the customer. A resolution will be offered within 7 days of verifying the claim.
  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
  • The final decision on the warranty claim will be made by Cradlewise Inc.
  • Disputes, if any, are subject to the respective state/provincial jurisdiction(s) only.
  • Replacement Parts Return Policy

  • In the event that you require replacement parts under warranty, we strive to provide these parts to you as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience. Upon receipt of the replacement parts, it is expected that the original, defective parts are returned to us within two weeks from the date of receiving the replacement parts.
  • Please contact our customer support team at support@cradlewise.com for instructions on returning the defective parts. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • If there are extenuating circumstances preventing the return of the parts within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
  • Return of Defective Parts:

  • Failure to return the defective parts within the specified timeframe may result in a charge for the replacement parts sent. The charge will be equivalent to the cost of the replacement parts and any associated shipping fees. Not paying this fee may result in a disruption of services or features to your product.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Bassinet or Crib mesh, mattress covers, fitted sheets or other accessories
  • Cleaning, periodic checkups, or preventive maintenance of the Cradlewise Smart Crib.
  • Any parts requiring replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear, unless related to a Mechanical/Electrical Breakdown covered under this Agreement. This includes parts or items typically designed for periodic replacement by the customer during the life of the Cradlewise Smart Crib Product, such as fitted sheets, mattress, mattress covers, etc.
  • Any damage caused by unauthorized repair or modifications.
  • Any damage caused by acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
  • Any loss arising from unauthorized access or use of any system, software, hardware, or firmware, or any modification, reprogramming, destruction, or deletion of data or software by any means.
  • Cradlewise Smart Cribs that are exported, transported, or otherwise used outside of the original country of shipping by Cradlewise, Inc. The limited warranty is valid only when the product is used in the country where it was initially shipped by Cradlewise, Inc. or a verified third-party seller.
    • For example, if you purchased a Cradlewise Smart Crib and had it shipped within the contiguous United States, the warranty is void if the crib is used outside the contiguous United States, including if it is used in Canada.

Disclaimer

  • The color of the product may vary slightly compared to the picture displayed on your screen. This is due to lighting, pixel quality, and color settings.
  • Any cosmetic defect or physical damage detected is to be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
  • Please check if the product will fit through the entrance(s) and door(s) of the premises.
  • The product is designed to be assembled and disassembled by the customer. Cradlewise does not provide assembly or disassembly services.
  • In case the product appears to lack shine, wiping the surface with a cloth will help clear the surface of dust particles.
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to assess the defect and accordingly offer repair or replacement of the product.
  • This warranty is limited to the contiguous United States of America. Please note that the warranty will not cover parts, labor, or shipping associated with products being used outside of the contiguous United States. Shipping expenses, duties, and any other charges incurred are the liability of the owner.

Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Cradlewise reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information, or descriptions or to physically inspect the products prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Once the claim has been verified, Cradlewise will, at its own discretion, repair, replace, or give a refund as per the Terms and Conditions of the warranty.

CradlewiseProtect Plan

CradlewiseProtect Plan has a comprehensive coverage of 2 years, apart from extending the limited warranty, it also offers additional coverage that are not part of the limited warranty—detailed below.

Terms and Conditions of Protection Plan

  • CradlewiseProtect Plan is available for purchase by the original purchaser of the Cradlewise Smart Crib from our authorized website.
  • The protection plan period begins on the date of delivery of the Cradlewise Smart Crib.
  • In addition to the coverage provided by the Cradlewise Limited Warranty, the protection plan includes:
    • Replacement of damaged mesh
    • Repairs of chips and breaks
    • Replacements of mechanical or electrical components
  • Any repair or replacement under the CradlewiseProtect Plan will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

If you return your product within our 60-night-trial return policy, your plan will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded as per the return policy.
