“Refer A Friend” Program Terms & Conditions

Cradlewise Inc. (“Cradlewise”, "we," "us" or the "Company") offers you (“you”, “your” or “Referrer”) the opportunity to earn rewards by referring friends (“Referrals” or “Referred Friend”)to try our Cradlewise Smart Crib. Your participation in the Cradlewise “Refer A Friend” Program ("Referral Program" or "Program") can earn you additional rewards. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. The Program is administered by Cradlewise, which may outsource certain administration elements to third parties (collectively "Administrator").
These terms ("Terms") apply to a user's participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you are subject to Cradlewise's Terms of Services and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot register and participate in the Program. Users also cannot where in so doing, they would violate any applicable law or regulations.
- Qualified Referral - A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase of Cradlewise Smart crib made at https://cradlewise.com by a Referred Friend who orders from our website post registering through the referral link provided. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
- Referred Friend - The Referred Friend and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Friend has to be a new customer who has never purchased from Cradlewsie before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase and you didn't receive any reward, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just shoot us an email at support@cradlewise.com and we'll sort it out for you.
- Referral Rewards - For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Friend must complete an order of Cradlewise Smart Crib.
- Reward Payments - Rewards are payable through Paypal and Amazon gift card, whichever the referrer wants. There is NO restriction on maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. If the referrer’s order is either canceled or refunded, then the referrer is not eligible to receive the referral rewards and will be removed from the Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program.Referrer incentives will not be payable if the coupon code is found on coupon-specific platforms intentionally designed for coupon distribution. If this situation occurs repeatedly, the referrer linked to the coupon code will be permanently barred from participating in the Cradlewise Referral program. Payments are made within 50 to 70 days after an order. And all referral payments will be on hold until the referrer order has been delivered
- Order Cancellation by Referrer - In the event that the referrer decides to cancel their own order subsequent to making referrals, any referral payment associated with the aforementioned referrals shall be deemed null and void.
- Eligibility - Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Cradlewise's Refer A Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at the company's sole discretion.
- Right to Close Accounts - Cradlewise reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Friend attempts to use the Cradlewise Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
- Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms - Cradlewise reserves the right to cancel our Refer A Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
