Cradlewise Return and Cancellation Policy
We understand that welcoming a new addition to your family is an exciting journey, and sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a generous trial period. Your 60-night trial begins from the day you place your baby in our crib. If, during this period, you find that our crib isn't the perfect fit for your family, please let us know by completing the form below. Once your return is confirmed, we'll arrange a hassle-free pickup.

Returning your Cradlewise
- Customers have 60 nights from the first use date or within 120 days of delivery, whichever comes first, to request a return of their Cradlewise Smart Crib for a refund.
- Once a request is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. $90 will be deducted from the refund to reverse-ship the product.
- Please use the form provided to request a return for refund within the given return period. We may ask for images of the crib to ensure it's in good physical condition.
- The Cradlewise Smart Crib cannot be used after the trial ends. If the crib continues to be used after the trial period, the return for refund request may be denied.
- The disassembly and repackaging of the crib is the customer's responsibility and will not be handled by Cradlewise.
- All crib returns must be shipped back in the original packaging to safeguard the product during transportation. If you no longer have the original box, a replacement can be purchased for a non-refundable fee of $120 + tax to facilitate the return.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of confirming the request. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the invalidation of your request.
- Customers assume all risks of loss or damages when shipping returns to Cradlewise. We strongly recommend watching our instructional video for step-by-step guidance on disassembling and reboxing your crib.
- After the crib reaches our fulfillment center and undergoes inspection, we will confirm the status of the refund. All returned product(s) are subject to inspection and condition will be assessed as per the sole discretion of Cradlewise. Please allow 2-3 weeks after your return is delivered for this inspection process to be completed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Failure to adhere to our return instructions may result in a delay in refund processing and potential deductions.
- Additional fitted sheets, mattress covers, accessories, etc. paid for and delivered, will not be refunded when a Cradlewise Smart Crib is returned.
To be eligible for a full refund, upon inspection, the crib must:
- Be in good condition, free from improper use or physical damage.
- Have electronics and mechanical parts in good condition, intact, and handled with care.
- Be free from severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage.
- Include all parts and materials included at the time of delivery
Failure to meet the above conditions will result in a denial of refund or a deduction from the refund amount.

Exceptions to 60 Nights Trial Offer
- Cradlewise Smart Cribs outside the contiguous United States cannot be returned.
- Cradlewise Smart Cribs purchased from any other retailer or third-party seller are not eligible for this policy.
Returning your Cradlewise Accessories
- Fitted sheets, mattress covers, mattresses, crib/bassinet mesh, and other accessories cannot be returned after delivery. If these items have a quality issue, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at support@cradlewise.com.
- Swatches cannot be returned.
Canceling your Cradlewise order
Canceling your Cradlewise Smart Crib order
- You may cancel your Cradlewise Smart Crib order before your order ships. Canceling your crib order will result in a $50 non-refundable fee. Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund minus the $50 fee to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- You cannot cancel a crib order that has been shipped.
- Contact our support team at support@cradlewise.com to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- Cradlewise Protect orders can be canceled any time before your Cradlewise Smart Crib order is shipped.
Cancelling fitted sheets, mattress covers, and accessories
- You can cancel your order for Cradlewise fitted sheets, mattress covers, swatches, and other accessories for a full refund any time before you receive tracking information. If you have received tracking information, you will need to reference the Returning your Cradlewise Accessories policy.
If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, contact the Cradlewise Support Team at support@cradlewise.com within 7 days of delivery. If the product is determined to have failed under warranty, we will promptly replace or repair it at no extra cost.
