Cradlewise Return Policy

We know how hard adjusting to new life (pun intended!) can be. That's why we have a 100-night trial.Your 100-night trial will start the first day you place your baby in the cradle, not when the cradle is shipped. If it doesn’t work for you, let us know by filling out this form. We’ll pick it up and give you a full refund

Returning your Cradlewise:

  1. If you are within your 100-day trial and would like to make a return, submit a return request by completing this form. In the form, you will need to submit images of the cradle to ensure it is free from any physical damage.
  2. When shipping your return, it’s very important to carefully pack your Cradlewise in the original box to best protect the product from damage during transport. If you do not have your original box you can purchase a new box for a fee. We strongly recommend you review this video for step-by-step instructions on disassembling your cradle.
  3. Once the request is validated, the Cradlewise Support Team will schedule a pick-up at your convenience, free of charge. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the request being confirmed.
  4. After the cradle is received at our fulfillment center and an inspection is completed, we will confirm the status of your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks after your return is delivered to our fulfillment center for the inspection to be completed.
  5. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions To 100 Night Trial Offer:

Cradles that are being used outside of the continental United States do not qualify for free return shipping. The cradle owner will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return request.

Upon inspection, the cradle…

  1. Must be in good condition, free of improper use or physical damage, and
  2. Electronics and mechanical parts must be in good condition, intact, and handled with care, and
  3. Is free from any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage found on the product during the inspection process.

Returning your Cradlewise Accessories:

  1. Cradlewise accessories must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To do so, submit a return request by completing this form.
  2. A return label will be generated free of charge. Return must be shipped within 14 days of the request.
  3. A refund will be initiated towards your original payment method once the return is received at our fulfillment center.

If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product or any missing component, contact the Cradlewise Support Team at support@cradlewise.com. If we determine the product failed under warranty, we will replace it for you at no extra cost.
