Program Overview:

• Nursery on Wheels is an in-home product demonstration program where Cradlewise brings a fully set-up nursery experience, including the Cradlewise smart crib, to a customer’s location using a vehicle.
• The program is currently offered on a pilot basis in select areas of California, including parts of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Eligibility & Availability

• The program is available only within designated serviceable zip codes.
• Availability is subject to scheduling capacity, traffic conditions, and operational constraints.
• Cradlewise reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule visits outside serviceable areas or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Booking & Scheduling

• Visits must be scheduled online through Cradlewise’s official website.
• Each booking is limited to one household and one location.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.
• Confirmation emails and calendar invites will be sent upon successful booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Customers may reschedule or cancel their visit up to 4 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in the confirmation email.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after this window may not be accommodated.
• If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the visit may be marked as a no-show.

Visit Experience & Conduct

• Participation in the in-home portion of the demo is optional.
• If permitted by the customer, Cradlewise staff may enter the home only for the purpose of the demo and only in the designated area.
• A responsible adult must be present during the visit.
• Cradlewise staff reserve the right to end a visit if conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Purchases & Offers

• Participation in the Nursery on Wheels program does not require a purchase.
• Any promotional offers or coupons provided are Optional, Time-limited, Subject to separate terms
• Availability of on-the-spot purchases is not guaranteed.

Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted under California law:

• Cradlewise is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
• Cradlewise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Nursery on Wheels program.
• Customers agree to maintain a safe and accessible environment for the visit and to inform Cradlewise in advance of any conditions that may impact the visit.
• In the event that a visit is cancelled or rescheduled by Cradlewise due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, no monetary compensation, reimbursement, or damages will be provided.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

Modification or Termination

Cradlewise reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms
• Change program availability
• Discontinue the Nursery on Wheels program at any time

Updates will be reflected on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
