Hello, and welcome to Cradlewise Nurture, our Paid Subscription services (hereinafter, "Nurture Plus” or “Paid Subscription”). Please read these Cradlewise Paid Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Paid Subscription Terms") carefully. These Paid Subscription Terms are important because they: (1) describe the types of Paid Subscriptions that are available; and (2) explain how Paid Subscriptions work and conditions attaching to your use of the Paid Subscriptions. By subscribing to Cradlewise Nurture Core or Cradlewise Nurture Plus Paid Subscriptions, users gain access to premium features that enhance the functionality of their Cradlewise smart crib and provide additional insights and tools for their baby’s sleep management. These features are available only to Users who have purchased a Cradlewise smart crib. If you do not have a Cradlewise smart crib, you will not be able to use Cradlewise Nurture. These Paid Subscription Terms govern the use of Cradlewise Nurture, together with Cradlewise’s Terms and Conditions.
We offer two Paid Subscriptions Plans: Cradlewise Nurture Core and Cradlewise Nurture Plus, which may be offered at Annual, and / or other frequencies of renewal. You acknowledge and agree that if you purchase the Cradlewise Nurture subscription (Nurture Core or Nurture Plus) through your Cradlewise App or Web portal, you will be automatically renewed and extended at the end of each billing cycle for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term you originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. You may change or cancel your Paid Subscription at any time through the Settings in the Apps (i.e., the Cradlewise mobile app or the Cradlewise web portal). If you terminate your Paid Subscription, you may use your subscription features until the end of your then-current term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. You will not be eligible for any prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for then-current subscription period.
If you upgrade from a Cradlewise Nurture Core Paid Subscription plan to a Cradlewise Nurture Plus Paid Subscription plan, you will receive a discount equivalent to the prorated value of the unused portion of your Nurture Core plan at the time of upgrade. However, this discount does not apply if you are currently using Nurture Core under a “Free Access” period. In such cases, when you activate or purchase Nurture Plus during your Free Access period, the free access will be immediately overridden by the premium services included in the Nurture Plus plan.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING BASIS, YOU MUST CANCEL THE APPLICABLE PAID SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH YOUR CRADLEWISE APP BEFORE THE END OF THE RECURRING TERM. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS CANNOT BE TERMINATED BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE PAID SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, CRADLEWISE WILL NOT REFUND ANY FEES THAT YOU ALREADY PAID.
Your non-termination or continued use of a Paid Subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your payment method (i.e., your payment card) for that Paid Subscription. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for those charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you.
If you purchase a One-time Paid Access to Cradlewise Nurture plan (either Nurture Core or Nurture Plus) through our website, you will receive a unique Activation code sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This code enables the premium services on your Cradlewise smart crib. To activate your plan, enter the activation code in the Cradlewise mobile App. Access to premium features will begin from the time of activation, and continue for the duration specified on the website at the time of your purchase. Note that the Activation code must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. After one year, unused activation codes may expire and become void.
Once the one-time paid access has been activated on your crib, it cannot be changed, canceled, or transferred. However, if you choose to return your crib under Cradlewise’s 60-day free trial policy, you will receive a full refund of the purchase value paid for the Cradlewise Nurture plan, provided the activation code was used for that specific crib.
For all Smart Crib purchases made on or after May 8, 2025 , Cradlewise provides a limited-time Free Access to the Cradlewise Nurture Core paid subscription. The Free Access to Nurture Core includes the following services: App access for up to 2 caregivers and 4 devices, Real-time baby sleep charts, 14 days of baby sleep history, Customizable white, pink, or brown noise tracks for soothing, Logs of Baby Alerts, and Access to over-the-air (OTA) crib software updates for both critical and non-critical improvements.
This Free Access is valid for the specified duration as communicated at the time of your purchase on the Cradlewise website, beginning from the first date when your baby uses the crib. The Free Access applies only to the original purchaser of the crib.
Once the Free Access period ends, your crib will revert to Basic Services, which include: Smart soothing and crib controls, including bouncing and the ability to play one white noise track, video streaming and audio monitoring in the Cradlewise App for one caregiver, one day of baby sleep information, crib temperature monitoring, sleep tips, baby notifications and access to OTA (“Over the air”) crib software updates for critical improvements. You may choose to upgrade from Basic Services at any time by purchasing a Cradlewise Nurture subscription through the app, or activating a pre-purchased activation code for a one-time paid access plan purchased via the Cradlewise website.
You also have the option to upgrade to Cradlewise Nurture Plus plan during or after your Free Access. This plan includes additional premium services such as: App access for 10 caregivers and 20 devices; caregiver access controls to set time & day limits; all-time baby sleep history; video alerts with each notification; 7 days of “sleep flipbook” videos consisting of snapshots taken by the crib camera every minute to help you better understand your baby’s sleep patterns; access to a lullaby library; ability to record and upload user-created files with your own recorded voice to be played to your baby; ability to stream Spotify on your crib, and web streaming (in addition to the mobile App) that allows you to stream a live video of your baby on any web browser.
Note that if you purchase or activate the Cradlewise Nurture Plus plan during your Free Access to Nurture Core, your Free Access will be immediately overridden by the Nurture Plus premium services, effective from the time of purchase or activation.
We may offer free Trials to eligible Users for a specified period of time that will be communicated to you at the time of enrollment (“Trial Period”). Trials are limited to one per baby, and eligibility is determined at Cradlewise’s discretion. Any Trial or other promotion that provides access to free premium features or a free Pad Subscription must be used within the specified time of the Trial. To begin using a Trial, you may need to subscribe and provide your payment method for a Paid Subscription. At the end of your Trial Period, your payment method will be automatically charged for the Paid Subscription into which you enrolled. To avoid being charged for that Paid Subscription, you must cancel it before the end of the Trial Period, as described in “Auto-Renewal for Paid Subscription Plans” above. If you cancel your Trial before the end of the Trial Period, you will not be charged for a Paid Subscription. Note that some premium Services covered under Cradlewise Nurture Core or Cradlewise Nurture Plus Paid Subscriptions are grandfathered as Basic Services for customers who purchased the Cradlewise smart crib from Cradlewise or its verified sellers prior to 8 May 2025. These grandfathered services will remain available to such customers as part of their crib’s basic functionality and will not require a paid subscription for continued access, provided the usage remains limited to the original purchaser and crib.
When signing up for a Cradlewise Nurture subscription via the Cradlewise app or web portal, you will be required to select a payment plan and provide Cradlewise information regarding your payment method (e.g., credit card). You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (e.g., a change in your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. You agree to pay Cradlewise the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with Paid Subscription Terms and Terms and Conditions. You hereby authorize Cradlewise to bill your payment method in advance on a periodic basis in accordance with the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your subscription, and you further agree to pay any charges so incurred.
We use third-party payment processors (“Payment Processors”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Cradlewise account for use of the Paid Subscription. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Paid Subscription Terms. Currently, we use Stripe, Inc. and Shopify, Inc as our Payment Processor. You can access Stripe’s Link Account Terms at https://stripe.com/legal/link-account-terms and their Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. and Shopify’s Account terms at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms and privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacyy We are not responsible for errors by the Payment Processor. By choosing to use Cradlewise Nurture, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then-in-effect for any use of such Paid Subscription in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment method. You agree to make payment using your selected payment method.
Fee Changes. Cradlewise reserves the right to change Cradlewise Nurture fees in our sole discretion. If we change the fee for your Paid Subscriptions, we will provide you a notice at least 30 days before the fee change takes effect. If you do not wish to pay the new fee, you may cancel your Paid Subscription as described above. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the charged amount.
If you dispute any charges, you must let Cradlewise know within forty-five (45) days after the date that Cradlewise charges you.
Cradlewise Nurture subscriptions are offered subject to the licensing and all other conditions and restrictions in the Terms and Conditions. Cradlewise Nurture Core and Cradlewise Nurture Plus are licensed for personal use only and are offered only in connection with the account owner’s Cradlewise device and baby profile. Any unauthorized sharing or use of premium features outside the account holder’s family or household is prohibited and, in our sole discretion, may result in the cancellation of your Paid Subscription and your Cradlewise account.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best service possible and maximize options for you to care for your child, and as described in our Terms and Conditions, we may make improvements and changes in Products or Services. We reserve the right to make changes to Cradlewise Nurture Subscription plans, including in its price, specifications, and features. If we make any material changes that impact your Paid Subscription, we will provide you an advance notice through the Platform. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend Paid Subscriptions as a service, in which case we will provide you an advance notice through the Platform and an ability to receive a prorated refund.
Cradlewise also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Paid Subscription if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any agreements you have with us, including Terms and Conditions and these Paid Subscription Terms, or that you otherwise misused your Paid Subscription.
Cradlewise will terminate your Paid Subscription if you fail to pay the agreed fees 7 days past the payment date (for instance, where your payment method has expired and you failed to update it).
We cannot guarantee that Cradlewise Nurture will be available when ordered or thereafter and reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available. We do not warrant that the information about Cradlewise Nurture is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free and we reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate or not process orders when price or other material information about Cradlewise Nurture was inaccurate. If we do not process your payment or order for such reasons, we will not charge you for the order. However, previous purchases, including any Paid Subscriptions, are subject to the refund policies found within these Paid Subscription Terms.
