We spent four years perfecting the safety mechanisms and certifications for Cradlewise, and to date, babies have slept safely for 15 million hours (and counting!). For over 40 years, the Juvenile Product Manufacturers’ Association (JPMA) has helped parents feel confident in choosing safe products for their baby. The JPMA Certification Seal signifies that a product meets government requirements and additional standards. Each certified product undergoes rigorous sample-testing for quality, safety, performance, and functionality.

Toxics in packaging

Toxics in Packaging Clearing House prohibits the intentional use of lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium; it regulates (ortho) phthalates, perfluoroalkyl, and polythuoroalkyl substances.

California proposition 65

CP65, also known as the Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act, aims to inform Californians about protecting themselves from toxic and cancer-causing chemicals.

Sharp points & sharp edges

To ensure children's safety, Cradlewise adheres to regulations that prohibit hazardous sharp points (16 CFR 1500.48) and sharp edges (16 CFR 1500.49).

Small parts test to avoid risk of choking

Cradlewise surpasses the federal requirement (16 CFR - 1501) to ensure the utmost safety of children under 3 years old, passing the rigorous small parts test and eliminating any risk of choking hazards.

Formaldehyde emission standards for composite wood Products

This ensures that composite wood has no added formaldehyde based resins or ultra low emitting formaldehyde based resins.
