5+ years of end to end talent acquisition/recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or similarly relevant field is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems.
A desire to research and stay current on relevant technical and business trends.
Position Summary:
You will be the first hire for the HR function.
You will be working with the CEO and CTO to close key hires.
You will be responsible for setting up the HR functions, policies and setting up a recruitment process.

Lead the entire recruitment process including, sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offer process.
Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing.
Establish a diverse pipeline of outstanding technical talent.
Recruit & deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions, leverage your staffing to recommend the best course of actions to recruit, assess, select, and hire.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements of each position and how it fits into the organization.
Coach hiring managers as need, helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
Demonstrate sourcing techniques using a wide variety of tools, technology, and networks.
Provide excellent communication with external candidates, providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Help build and improve existing processes to help the recruiting team scale.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
